A 1,000 yen fee applies for check-outs between 10:00 and 11:00, and a full night's accommodation fee will be charged for check-outs after 11:00.

We can arrange for a mid-term cleaning every four days. Please note that this service is only available if you contact us by the day before.
The museum closes at 11:00 PM, but there is a back entrance that is accessible 24 hours a day, so you are free to come and go even after closing time.
Smoking is prohibited throughout the entire building. A designated smoking area is located on the rooftop, so please refrain from smoking indoors (including on indoor balconies).
If smoking is detected in the room, an additional charge of 20,000 yen will be applied.
*This also applies if you dispose of cigarette butts inside your room.
For enhanced security, our facility has installed number locks on the room doors. Please follow the instructions below to use them.
1. Gently touch the screen with two fingers to activate the app.
2. Enter the password and it will unlock automatically.
Regarding the acceptance of children, this varies depending on the room type.
• Dormitory: Guests under 16 years old are not permitted to stay.
• Private rooms (with shared bathroom): Infants (ages 0-2) are not accepted. Guests aged 3 and older (in adult terms) can stay.
